Exhibitor and Vendor sales will go online on February 1st.
All press/media must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Must be active in the last 12 months (from submission).
  • Out of the 12 months active, 7 months of those months must have at least one post.
  • Your company must have at least 15 posts in the last 12 months
  • Each company must be willing to cover at least one Main or Special Event.

Each company is subject to additional scrutiny, including minimum view requirements, or relevancy to Holiday Matsuri 2017. There are limited slots available for Press/Media.

The plan is to jury Press/Media sometime in the Summer (May-August). Prior to when the jury process begins, a two week notice will be given.
Up to four passes may be given per Press/Media company, and each company will have additional scrutiny depending on the amount of passes requested.
No, each company will be responsible for their own internet solution. We are working on an attendee Wifi solution.
Press/Media will be granted early access to assigned events. Panels will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the Panel Hosts. Your pass will not grant you early access to the Vendor Room unless otherwise agreed to beforehand.
