Pre-Registration

Ticket prices can be found on our Registration page.

No. Benefit Ball, Cafe Peko Peko, Bro Cafe, and all other separately ticketed events and require separate purchases.
VIP Tickets do have special benefits at each of these events. See individual event pages for VIP information.

VIPs get the following benefits:

  • One hour early access to the Vendor Room on Friday
  • Priority access to Events, including Main Events, Special Events and Panels (No lines!)
  • Front row seats to Main and Special Events (while supplies last)
  • Free Current Year Holiday Matsuri T-Shirt in your size

  • Access to the VIP Chill Room and VIP Green Room in the Hotel

This year, you will get a VIP Badge with all the swag. In every following year that Holiday Matsuri is running, you will get a free VIP Badge, no payment necessary!

Registration

If tickets are not sold out, we sell at-the-door passes. Find them at our Registration Page. We announce on Social Media when tickets have been sold out, as well as EventBrite always reflects if tickets are available for sale.

General Attendee/VIP Badge Pickup:

  • Thursday: 6-9pm
  • Friday: 10am-7pm
  • Saturday: 11am-7pm
  • Sunday: 11am-4pm

At-The-door Purchasing:

  • Friday: 10am-7pm
  • Saturday: 11am-7pm
  • Sunday: 11am-4pm

After Hours Pickup:

Please note: Only pre-reg badges can be picked up for After Hours Pickup.

  • Friday: 7pm-Midnight
  • Saturday: 7pm-Midnight

VIP Tickets usually sell out by November, so you must pre-register for VIP to get this badge.

We accept Cash (US Dollars), and Major Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). ATMs are available in the Convention Center Lobby if we can’t accept your payment.

Parking

You can park onsite in the Self-Parking Garage (~$12-13 a day), or Valet Parking (~$35 a day).

Yes, even if you are not staying at the Caribe or Holiday Inn. However, parking is $12 a day.

Yes, you can park at the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, which is about a 5-10 minute drive away from the convention, located just off of S Apopka Vineland Road. You can get to this location by navigating to 15657 S Apopka Vineland Road, Orlando, FL 32821

Yes, limited Wifi service is available in your Hotel Room. You can upgrade to full high speed wifi internet with a small fee.

For the Orlando World Center Marriott, Yes a small refrigerator. However, in order to use them, I would suggest asking that they be emptied before arrival, which you can request by talking to the Hotel’s Reservation Line:

For the Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites, Refrigerators are in the rooms.
