To promote the Health and Safety for all guests, staff and attendees, the Holiday Matsuri leadership has implemented the following policies:

Masks

Approved Masks are mandatory at all times inside all common spaces at the Orlando World Center Marriott Hotel and Convention Center, regardless of vaccination, prior infection, or testing status.

An approved mask must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Made of 2 or more layers of fabric OR a surgical-type/disposable mask
  • Is not made of a mesh or knitted material
  • Does not have open exhalation valves or vents
  • Fits snugly, covering the nose and mouth without gapping on the sides
  • Secured over the nose and under the chin
  • Secured with ear loops

Masks may only be removed in public areas at the following times:

  • When stationary while drinking or eating
  • In designated areas for photos where social distancing is enforced

There are no exemptions to this policy. If you are unable to wear an approved mask at all times, please email info@holidaymatsuri.com to discuss options.

Anyone who does not comply with mask requirements is subject to removal from the convention without refund.  Additional consequences may include but are not limited to: Being banned from further Holiday Matsuri events and being trespassed from the Orlando World Center Marriott property by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office

COVID-19 Vaccines

Holiday Matsuri strongly recommends that attendees are fully vaccinated prior to attending the show. If you have any questions regarding the COVID-19 vaccines or wish to sign up for a vaccine, please email info@holidaymatsuri.com with “Health and Safety” in the subject line. We have qualified representatives that are willing to answer vaccine related questions, as well as guide you through the process of signing up for a vaccine if you need help.

COVID-19 Ticket Policy

If you feel unwell or have a positive COVID test prior to the show, please do not attend Holiday Matsuri. Email info@holidaymatsuri.com to discuss options.
