Luluko (she/they) is a cosplayer on a mission to spread the joy of competing in masquerades and making 10-page build books. Lulu has judged competitions for over a decade and crafted several award-winning performances, most recently taking home Best Comedy at Anime Los Angeles 2024. The only thing Lulu loves more than cosplay is talking about cosplay – she’s hosted nearly 100 panels at conventions across the country, and creates content about cosplay competition culture, in hopes of making masquerades less intimidating for everyone.
