How can I purchase badges for Holiday Matsuri?
Badges can be purchased online through our official website. Simply select the type of badge you wish to purchase and follow the checkout process. Additionally, badges can also be purchased at the registration desk during the event.
Are badges available for purchase at the event?
Yes, badges can be purchased at the event, but we recommend purchasing in advance online to avoid long lines and ensure availability.
Badge vs. Ticket: What is the Difference?
Badge: The essential item you need to enter Holiday Matsuri.
Ticket: Some specific events at Holiday Matsuri require an additional ticket along with your badge. These events are known as “Ticketed Events.”
Ticketed Events include, but are not limited to:
- Benefit Ball
- Maid Cafe
- Bro Cafe
- Cosplay Workshops
If you plan to attend these special events, you can purchase your tickets online in advance or onsite at the Registration, subject to availability.

I can't attend Holiday Matsuri anymore. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for badges. This policy is clearly stated on our Registration Rates page, and we are unable to make exceptions to this rule.
