Holiday Matsuri’s IdolFest is a concert-style showcase that takes center stage to spotlight the captivating world of Idols, mesmerizing Cosplay Dance Groups, and so much more. This exhilarating event is dedicated to the enchanting realm of Japanese style idols, both original and cover performances sourced from beloved anime, games, and other 2D wonders.
Making its grand debut in 2016, IdolFest has skyrocketed in popularity, becoming a cherished source of inspiration for Idol events around the globe.
Our mission is to shine a spotlight on the awe-inspiring idols within our community and breathe life into treasured 2D idols on the grand stage. We are driven to curate an unforgettable experience where members of the idol community can showcase their impeccable costumes and deliver breathtaking performances. It’s a mesmerizing celebration that transcends the boundaries of imagination, inviting fans to revel in the brilliance of their beloved idols and forge lasting connections with fellow enthusiasts.

Application Notes
We accept applications from Idols, Cosplay Dance Groups, and more with a focus on Japanese style idols, original idols, and cover performances from anime, games, or other 2D sources.
Our goal is to showcase the inspiring idols of our community and bring everyone’s favorite 2D idols to life on stage. At HolMat IdolFest we aim to become an unforgettable event where those in the idol community bring out their biggest & best, from costumes to performance!
Audition Dates:
- Application Open: July 26, 2024
- Application Close: September 6, 2024
- Acceptance/Denial Email will be sent: September 13, 2024
Requirements for Performers:
- We recommend all members to be 16 years of age or older to perform at IdolFest.
- Those under the age of 18 must receive parent or guardian consent.
- You must adhere to all of the Convention Policies, Rules and Guidelines listed on the website.
- All performers are required to be present and ready to perform at least two (2) hours before the event and stay for the full duration of the event.
- All performers are required to attend rehearsals
