• From Orlando International Airport: Take SR 528 West (Beachline Expressway) to International Drive

Parking is available at the Orange County Convention Center:

No shuttle is provided between the connected hotels and the Orange County Convention Center.

The Hyatt Regency Orlando, Rosen Centre, and Rosen Plaza are physically connected to the West Concourse of the convention center via covered walkways or pedestrian bridges, making it easy to walk between your hotel and the event without the need for transportation.

If you’re staying at an offsite or nearby hotel not directly connected, we recommend using rideshare services, carpooling, or checking with your hotel to see if they offer their own local shuttle service.

The Orange County Convention Center is approximately 13 miles (20-25 minutes driving time) from Orlando International Airport. Transportation options from the airport include:

Orlando in December typically features pleasant temperatures with average highs around 73°F (23°C) and lows around 52°F (11°C). While it’s generally mild, evenings can get cool, especially if you’re wearing cosplay that doesn’t provide much warmth. We recommend bringing layers and a light jacket. Rain is possible but less likely than during summer months. The convention center and hotels are climate-controlled, but prepare for temperature changes when moving between buildings.
