Showcase your creativity by designing fan art of our beloved mascot, Holly, and her two festive sidekicks, Naughty and Nice. This is your opportunity to bring these iconic characters to life with a unique holiday twist. CONTEST INFORMATION
Rules and Regulations
- Art must contain one or more of the following characters: Holly, Naughty Bunny, or Nice Bunny.
- Each participant may submit one (1) entry
- Art submitted must be in .png or .jpg form
- Have a minimum resolution of at least 2400 pixels x 2400 pixels
- Have a maximum size of no more than 10 Mb
- All art submitted must be drawn by the individual entering
Rules and Regulations
- Limit one (1) entry per Eligible Participant during the Contest Period. Entry can consist of two pieces of the same likelihood, one with a watermark and one without.
- Art submitted must be in .png or .jpg form
- Have a minimum resolution of at least 2400 pixels x 2400 pixels
- Have a maximum size of no more than 10 Mb
- You may only win one prize for this contest per convention year.
- If you are submitting multiple applications the oldest application will be disqualified.
- Not contain copyrighted material;
- Not contain threatening, offensive, or abusive material
Selection of Winners
Entries will be judged based on the following criteria: (1) creativity and originality, (2) quality and execution, (3) adherence to the Theme, and (4) overall impression. Eligible Entries will be judged by HMConventions, LLC designated representative(s).
Granting of Rights & Publicity Release
Each Entrant unconditionally assigns and transfers all rights, title, interest, claim, ideas, concepts, copyrighted materials, and trademarks contained in any Entry submitted in the Contest and any and all rights including “moral rights” in any Entry submitted in the Contest to the HMConventions, LLC. Entrant unconditionally assigns and transfers to HMConventions, LLC all rights, title, interest, and/or claim, which he/she now has, or may in the future have to his/her Entry. HMConventions, LLC has the right to use, assign, modify, edit, adapt, dispose of, and electronically alter Entrant’s Entry, including but not limited to, for moral rights, to appear in promotional and/or commercial materials, as well as to reproduce it, in whole or in part, without compensation or additional consent from Entrant, or any third party.
Participation in the Contest and/or acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for HMConventions, LLC to use, without notice or further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, any Eligible Participant’s Entry in any and all media for any purpose, including without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes as well as in, on or in connection with the Website or the Contest or other promotions, and Eligible Participant hereby releases the Contest Entities from any liability with respect thereto (each a “Publicity Release”).

Artwork generated via the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning or similar algorithms, is prohibited at Holiday Matsuri.
