How to Register

Online Purchase

The fastest and most convenient way to register for Holiday Matsuri 2025 is through our official online registration system.

  1. Click the “Register Now” button
  2. Select your desired badge type
  3. Complete the registration form with your information
  4. Submit payment via credit card, PayPal, or Klarna (payment plans available)
  5. Save your confirmation email
  6. Bring your QR code and photo ID to badge pickup
    Processing Fee Notice: Online registrations include a small processing fee to cover system costs.

In-Person Purchase

  • Registration desk at Orange County Convention Center, West Concourse
  • Available during registration hours (see below)
  • Cash, credit cards, and mobile payments accepted

Pre-Convention Badge Pickup (Avoid the lines!)

  • Thursday, December 18, 2025: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Hyatt Regency Orlando, Bayhill Room)


Main Convention Registration Hours

  • Friday, December 19: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday, December 20: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday, December 21: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM


VIP/Forever Festive Registration

  • Dedicated VIP registration desk with minimal wait times
  • Special hours beginning Thursday, December 18, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Express service throughout the convention

Badge Policies

  • Badges must be visible at all times while in convention spaces
  • Lost badges can be replaced for a $40 fee (bring ID and proof of purchase)
  • Badges are non-transferable and will be checked randomly with ID
  • No refunds after November 19, 2025
  • Badge exchanges (upgrading to VIP, etc.) available at registration desk
  • Altering or counterfeiting badges is prohibited and violators will be removed
  • Badge holders agree to abide by all Holiday Matsuri policies and code of conduct
