INDUSTRY REGISTRATION

Holiday Matsuri welcomes creators, trade professionals, and educators across the anime, gaming, and pop culture industries. We are excited to provide an Industry Badge for select approved individuals who contribute to these fields.

If you are interested in attending Holiday Matsuri as an industry professional, please complete our Industry Badge Application online.

Applications will close on December 5th, 2024.
Please note: Applications are reviewed individually in the order they are received, and only a limited number of badges are available. We strongly encourage early applications.

Who Qualifies?

We welcome professionals from the following areas:

Anime, manga, gaming, or pop culture industries.
Licensing, publishing, media, streaming, marketing, or merchandising sectors.
Librarians, academics, and educators working within these fields.
Creatives including voice actors, artists, musicians, writers, and more.
Executives including CEO/CFO/COO, directors, presidents, and vice presidents in relevant industries.

To be eligible for a complimentary Industry Badge, applicants must be employed in or have worked in the past 12 months with a recognized company within production, licensing, post-production, or marketing that is related to the anime or pop culture space. Eligible applicants include those working directly in creative roles or holding executive positions.

Proof of Employment: You must provide one of the following forms of verification, and present it at check-in to receive your badge:

A business card displaying your name, company, and contact details.
A recent paycheck stub showing your current full-time employment.
A company-issued credit card with both your name and the company name.
A W-2 form from your employer.

Badge Benefits

An Industry Badge grants the following:

Admission to all three days of Holiday Matsuri 2024.
Early access to the exhibitor hall each morning.

Please note: An Industry Badge does not guarantee reserved seating, guest autographs, front-of-line access, or entry to special events requiring an additional ticket.

Application Process

Applications will close on November 30, 2024.

Each applicant must apply individually. Companies may receive up to 4 badges. Additional members from the same company must purchase their badges at the current registration price. All individuals must apply using their own email address.

Applications are subject to review, and Holiday Matsuri reserves the right to approve or deny any application. All decisions are final. Professional badges are non-transferable and cannot be loaned or sold. Any violation will result in permanent disqualification from future events.

On-site Industry registration will be limited and, on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure that your application is complete to avoid delays.
Industry Badges will NOT be mailed and must be picked up onsite
