Join us December 19-21, 2025 at the Orange County Convention Center as we bring together industry leaders and passionate fans for Florida’s largest anime convention.
We are pleased to provide complimentary Industry Badges for select approved individuals who contribute to the growth and success of these fields. Whether your work centers on production, publishing, localization, education, or creative leadership, Holiday Matsuri offers a space to engage with colleagues and fans alike.

Proof of Employment: You must provide one of the following forms of verification, and present it at check-in to receive your badge:
Apply Individually – Each applicant must submit their own application using a unique email address.
Company Limit – A maximum of 4 complimentary Industry Badges may be approved per company. Additional team members must register at the standard attendee rate.
Review & Approval – All applications are reviewed by Holiday Matsuri staff. Approval is not guaranteed, and all decisions are final.
Badge Pickup – Industry Badges will not be mailed. Approved applicants must pick up their badge onsite with valid photo ID and proof of employment.
Full 3-Day Admission – Complimentary access to Holiday Matsuri 2025, December 19-21, at the Orange County Convention Center.
Early Exhibitor Hall Entry – Enter the Exhibitor Hall 30 minutes before general attendees each morning.
Professional Recognition – Be identified as part of the anime, gaming, and pop culture industries through our Industry Badge program.
Networking Opportunities – Engage with fellow professionals, educators, and creators attending the convention.
All members of the industry who are approved for credentials must adhere to the following policies. Violation of these policies may result in the revocation of your press badge and denial of future press applications.
Important: Holding a Industry Badge does not exempt you from any other rules. All press representatives are required to follow all general Holiday Matsuri rules and policies, as well as the Industry Badge Policies listed below.

Industry Badges are non-transferable and may not be loaned, resold, or shared.
Any misuse of an Industry Badge will result in permanent disqualification from future events.
On-site Industry registration will be very limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.
Incomplete applications may result in delays or denial of approval.
