Chisa Kimura is a voice actress and singer from Japan, originally from Hyogo Prefecture.
She is most well known for her role as Daiwa Scarlet in the hit multimedia franchise, Uma
Musume Pretty Derby, a role she has played since 2017. As part of her work with Uma
Musume, she has recorded several character and group songs, been a recurring cast member
since the beginning of the series, and has performed on stage with fellow cast members at
several venues in Japan.

As part of her appearance at Holiday Matsuri, Chisa will also be talking about her role in the
