This year, we are proud to partner once again with Gamers Outreach, a nonprofit organization that brings video game equipment and experiences to children in hospitals, helping them cope with long-term treatment through the power of play. Thanks to the generosity of our attendees, the 2024 Benefit Ball raised over $7,000, enabling Gamers Outreach to provide a GO Kart gaming station to Advent Children’s Hospital Orlando.
The Benefit Ball invites guests to dress in formal or semi-formal attire fairytale touches encouraged and enjoy an evening designed to offer a relaxing, enjoyable break from the energy of the show floor. With winter-themed décor, curated music, and a warm, welcoming environment, it’s the perfect setting for photos, socializing, and spending time with the HolMat community.
